Jessica Rebelo, M.S., OTR/L
Albertville Clinical Director
I am originally from the Fort Drum, New York area. I graduated from Nazareth University in May of 2023, receiving my bachelor's degree in occupational science. Then I received my master's degree in occupational therapy at Nazareth University in May of 2024. I originally started my therapy career working as a travel occupational therapist in skilled nursing facilities, while living in Texas. I am so excited to start my career as a pediatric therapist! In my free time I enjoy spending quality time with my fiance, family, and friends. I also love to travel and watch football. Go Bills!

Outside of work, I love going on spontaneous adventures with my partner, Laine, and exploring new experiences together. Garrett Dees, M.S., CCC-SLP
I graduated from Mississippi University for Women with a M.S. in Speech-Language Pathology. I have been practicing as a speech therapist for over 2 years. I am originally from Columbus, MS, however, I moved around often during my career in the United States Marine Corps prior to beginning my speech therapy journey. In my free time, I enjoy reading, hiking, camping, gaming, and spending time with my wife.
Gracie Holsonback, M.S., CCC-SLP
I received a Master’s Degree in Communicative Sciences & Disorders at Alabama A&M. I have worked at Sunny Horizons since May 2023! I am from Sardis City, AL! During my free time, I like to go on walks with my family, play with my golden retriever, study the Bible, listen to worship music, and play piano!
Kaitlyn Hernandez, M.S., CCC-SLP
I’m originally from Elkmont, Alabama, and now live in Athens with my husband, our baby girl, and our two dogs. I graduated from the University of Alabama with a bachelor’s degree in Communication Disorders and a minor in Spanish, and earned my master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology in 2022. Outside of work, I enjoy antiquing, spending time with my family, and making memories with my daughter.

I am from Millbrook, AL, but I now reside in the Madison area with my fiancé and our 5 dogs: Riley, Callie, Odie, Timber, and Max. My dogs are my world! I graduated from Auburn University at Montgomery with a Bachelors in Communication Disorders and a Minor in Psychology in 2019. I graduated from the University of Montevallo with a Masters in Speech Language Pathology in 2021. I love spending time with my family, playing/watching sports, and home improvement projects.
Brady Flippo, PTA

I have been a PTA for 5 years with 3 years of experience in Pediatrics. I graduated from Calhoun Community College PTA Program in 2019. I am also a graduate of Pisgah High School and Northeast Alabama Community College. I am from Pisgah, AL. I love spending my free time with my wife, Sydney, and daughter, Murphy, traveling as much as I possibly can, biking, hiking, and enjoying the outdoors. Roll Tide!
Mandy Hays, M.S., CCC-SLP
I graduated from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville and I have been working as a pediatric speech language pathologist for over 20 years. I currently live in the Madison area and love working with both parents and children to work together to reach goals that benefit the entire family.
Rachel Cobb, CCC-SLP
I received my undergraduate degree from Auburn University and my masters degree from Alabama A&M University. I have been working in the field of Speech Language Pathology for 9 years and have been employed at Sunny Horizons for 6 years. I am from Bridgeport, AL. In my free time I love to travel, camp, read and spend time outside with my dog, friends and family.

I earned my bachelors degree in Communicative Disorders and master's degree in Speech Pathology from The University of Alabama. I have been an SLP for 2 years. I am from Gurley, AL. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband, 1 year old daughter, and 2 labs.
Magnolia Hall, M.S. CCC-SLP,

I am from Henagar, AL, and I completed my Bachelor's degree at Auburn University and my Master's degree at Alabama A&M. I started working with Sunny Horizons in 2019 as a SLPA and returned following my clinical fellowship as an SLP in 2022. I have held the role of Clinical Director for 1 year and have loved my new position. I enjoy traveling to each clinic and working alongside our amazing therapists! I often fill in for speech staff at each clinic so it is fun to see all the patients at each clinic as well! I have special interests in Pediatric Swallowing disorders and AAC use. I am FEES trained and use this knowledge to help understand the swallowing disorders that we work with. I love play and incorporate all sorts of play to meet patient's goals in my therapy sessions. I have 2 kids, 2 dogs, and 2 cats and spend most of my time playing with them and spending time with my family on our farm or traveling. My husband and I enjoy going to soccer matches and Broadway shows. In my free time, I like to read and listen to musicals.

I've been a speech-language pathologist for 29 years. As a clinical specialist in autism, I've dedicated my career to helping people communicate and thrive. My passion and expertise lie in swallowing, and I've completed mastery classes in addressing tongue and lip ties. I am committed to using my knowledge to make a tangible difference for every client I work with. When I'm not in the clinic, I enjoy my time with my husband of 31 years and a grandmother to my two wonderful grandchildren, with another on the way!

I’m from a small town called Marion, Alabama. I graduated from Alabama A&M University with my Bachelor’s in Communicative Sciences and Disorders. The love of my life is pepperoni pizza! My favorite things to do in my free time are watching Anime and reading Korean comics.

I am from Scottsboro, AL and recently graduated with a B.S. in Communicative Sciences and Disorders from Alabama A&M University. In my free time enjoy running, traveling, and spending time with my fiancé and our two cats Mochi and Clover.
Sarah-Dalton James, M.S., CCC-SLP
I’m originally from Prattville, Alabama, but recently moved to Athens from Fayetteville, Arkansas, with my husband and our two young boys. I earned both my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Communication Disorders from the University of Arkansas in 2020 and 2022, respectively, with a minor in Childhood Development. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, exploring new and unique local restaurants and coffee shops, and trying my hand at sewing and embroidery, although I’m still very much a work in progress! I’m so excited to meet my new clients and their families and look forward to helping each child grow, build confidence, and find their voice through communication!
Catherine Durham, M.S., CF-SLP
I graduated from Alabama A&M with my M.S. in Communicative Sciences and Disorders (Speech-language pathology) this past July. I have an undergraduate degree in psychology and previously worked in ABA for 3 years! I love working with children and cannot wait to meet all of our sweet kiddos! Some of my favorite therapy activities are peek-a-boo barns and pop the pig. Outside of therapy, I enjoy reading, thrifting, making pottery, and spending time with family and friends.

Jennifer Proctor, DPT, OTR/L
I’m an occupational therapist at the Scottsboro clinic. I earned my bachelor’s at Samford University and later graduated from the University of St. Augustine with a Masters in Occupational Therapy and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. I have 7.5 years of work experience as a therapist. I am from Scottsboro. When I am not working, I am spending time with my husband and 4 kids. Some of my hobbies include reading, and walking.
Kylie Hudson, OTR/L
I’m an occupational therapist originally from South Carolina, where I earned my bachelor’s at the University of South Carolina and later went on to complete my Masters in Occupational Therapy at the Medical University of South Carolina. I chose to become an OT because I love helping people find joy in what they love to do and helping them become the best versions of themselves. When I’m not at work you will find me chasing my own 2 kids around! I’m an avid horseback rider and enjoy competing my pony Monty.
Teri Jo Edwards, OTR/L
I graduated from The University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science, Minor in Nutrition. I graduated from The University of Alabama at Birmingham with a Master of Science for Occupational Therapy and a Low Vision Certification. I live in Pisgah with my husband and four kids. My kids are very active so I spend most of my free time with them at sporting events! I love to travel and visit new places.
Brooklyn Bulls, M.S., OTR/L
I am from Rogersville, Alabama. I have eight years of experience as an occupational therapist. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Mississippi State University in 2015 and my Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in 2018. My passion for working with children began during my undergraduate years through community outreach projects and research assistance. Since then, I have had the privilege of working with individuals across the lifespan in a variety of settings, including outpatient clinics, early intervention, and school systems. I hold specialized certifications in play-based therapy, low vision rehabilitation, and lymphedema management. My goal is to provide individualized, evidence-based care that empowers children to reach their fullest potential while supporting and partnering with their families every step of the way. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, including my husband and our two children. I also love shopping at local farmers markets, writing stories, traveling, and spending time outdoors. I am honored to be part of the Sunny Horizons team and look forward to helping children and their families build confidence, achieve meaningful goals, and maximize their independence and quality of life.
Cheyenne Fulks, OTD, OTR/L
I'm an occupational therapist at the Scottsboro clinic. I'm originally from Oklahoma, where I earned my bachelor's at the University of Oklahoma and later completed my doctorate in Occupational Therapy at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. I have a passion for helping kids and families build their confidence and independence by making therapy fun, engaging, and tailored to their needs. Outside of work, you'll usually find me spending time with my husband, our two cats, and our puppy! I also love to read and travel whenever I get the chance.
Corie Broadway, M.S., OTR/L
With 24 years of experience as an occupational therapist, I have served clients across a wide range of settings, including sub-acute care, home health, inpatient rehabilitation, skilled nursing, school systems, and most recently, outpatient pediatrics. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration from Auburn University in 2000 and a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) in 2002. I am married to Greg Broadway, and together we are blessed with a blended family of four children: Abbie, Andy Price, Avery, and Adalyn. My relationship with Jesus Christ is the foundation of my life and the guiding influence in both my family and career. I strive to serve each client with compassion and integrity, seeking to reflect Christ in my daily interactions while helping others reach their fullest potential. Fun facts About me: I have traveled to 41 states and 8 foreign countries. I ran my first (and second) 1/2 marathons this year at the age of 47. I have always wanted an English bulldog, and I got one this year. His name is Chuck!

I am from Athens, AL and I graduated from the Wallace State OTA program in 2024. I have 2 dogs and I love any DIY or creative project I can work on! I have always had a passion for working in pediatrics and have experience as a COTA in the school setting as well. I love using creativity to help clients reach their goals and build more independence through fun and meaningful sessions!

I graduated from Wallace State in 2015. I have currently been an occupational therapist assistant for 9+ years. I began working as a part time therapist for Sunny Horizons in 2016 then began working full time in 2018. I am a Certified Handwriting Specialist through the Learning Without Tears Program. I live in Rainsville where I reside with my wonderful husband and two beautiful daughters. When I am not at work, I enjoy all of my free time being a wife and mother.

I am from Collinsville, AL a small town mostly known for Trade Day. I graduated from Wallace State Community College OTA program in 2024. I love the field of occupational therapy, and getting to know each kid to create meaningful treatments that target their goals in helping them thrive and be more independent. In my free time, I love traveling, playing/watching sports, cooking and baking, thrift shopping and spending time with family and friends.
Halle Fleming, COTA/L
I was born and raised in Hartselle, AL but I now reside in Lexington, AL with my husband, Ethan, and our border collie, Maggie! I received my Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from Florida College in May 2024, and then returned home to attend Wallace State where I completed the OTA program in August 2025. During the OTA program I had the pleasure of completing part of my fieldwork at Sunny Horizons in Athens and I knew from the beginning I would love working here. In my free time, I love traveling, spending time with family, and baking! Since I was little, I knew I wanted to work in pediatrics and I know Occupational Therapy is a great place to be!

I attended Wallace State Community College for OTA school - I’ve been apart of Sunny Horizons for over four years, I have been providing services for kids in Scottsboro City Schools through SH for 4 years as well. I am certified in Size Matters Handwriting program. I am originally from Asbury, a small community near Albertville Al. I like to spend my time listening to music and reading. I plan to take up more outdoorsy activities and baking in the near future.

I am from Cleveland Alabama, a newlywed, and a new graduate from Wallace State OTA program(2026)! I have a Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Studies from the University of South Alabama. I am currently studying for the NBCOT exam to become a licensed therapist! I chose this profession because I love helping people feel as independent as possible! I especially love working with kids and because everyday is different and their imaginations are so big, they make working so fun! In my free time I like to spend time with my family, friends, and cat Millie! My three favorite things are antiquing, playing the piano, and playing golf!

Savannah Bearden, COTA/L
I was born and raised in Oneonta, AL where I first fell in love with occupational therapy. From there, I attended Auburn University, then moved back home to become an Occupational Therapy Assistant from Wallace State Community College. It was there that my love for pediatric OT was confirmed, and my last fieldwork rotation at Sunny Horizons Albertville only made me love it more. In my free time, I enjoy being active in my local church where I volunteer in the kids and student ministries as well as spending time reading books, being in the gym, and baking. This April, my fiance and I will be married and begin our life together. We are both ecstatic to go on this journey of marriage and both beginning our dream careers. See you in therapy!

I have been a Sunny Horizons employee for 4 years, my entire occupational therapy career! I have special interests in emotional regulation, implementing a strengths-based approach, and creating a trauma-informed space for kiddos with diverse experiences. Most of my time is spent with my daughter, Murphy, and my husband, Brady, who also works at Sunny Horizons! I received my Associates in Applied Science in Occupational Therapy from Wallace State and have been a COTA for 10 years, 5 of which have been with Sunny Horizons. I love OT because of the relationships I have with my patients and their families, as well as, seeing my little friends work hard and accomplish their goals! I have been married to my sweet husband Clayton for 14 years and we have two beautiful children, Rhyder and Cora. I love spending time with my family, traveling, good music, and being involved with my church.

I received my Associates Degree at Lurleen B Wallace Community College and my B.S. Degree in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences. I started at Sunny Horizons in May 2024 and this is my first career job. I was born and raised in Scottsboro, AL. I am very big on family. My family is my everything and I love spending my free time with them, friends, and my husband. I also coach softball and give softball lessons. I love my little 10u girls and they make me so happy even after a long day of work at Sunny Horizons with my amazing kids, I get to see those girls and teach them about the game that I love and guide them to fall in love with it as well:)

I attended Samford University in Birmingham to become a Doctor of Physical Therapy. I am very passionate about adaptive sports! I have volunteered at and participated in diverse programs for kids and adults at the Lakeshore Foundation in Birmingham. Some of these programs included aquatic therapy, wheelchair football, power soccer, an adaptive dance class, and The Hartford Nationals. It has been my dream for a long time to work with and serve the pediatric population, and I am so excited to be a part of the Sunny Horizons Team!

I attended Samford University to become a Doctor of Physical Therapy. In Birmingham, I loved getting to volunteer at The Lakeshore Foundation where I was able to be involved in many programs for children with disabilities including adaptive power soccer, swimming lessons, an adaptive dance class, and The Hartford Nationals. I now have my dream job as a pediatric physical therapist!

I am from Pueblo, Colorado! I went to school at Freed-Hardeman University in Henderson, Tennessee. I graduated December 2023. I have worked in a skilled nursing facility and now pediatrics! I enjoy spending time with my husband and dogs at the lake, as well as traveling home to Colorado to see my family!

I graduated from Albertville High School and enrolled in Snead State to begin my pre-requisites to then later transfer over to Wallace State Community College where I attended for 2 years and completed the OTA program from August 2024 to August of 2025. I have grown up my whole life in Albertville. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends by either staying indoors or going out for some food or sweets whether it be ice cream or cookies. I dream of traveling across the country and eventually traveling across the world.

When I’m not working, I’m usually listening to some good music and watching one of my favorite sports teams break my heart.

I obtained my degree from Wallace State in 2024. I am passionate about supporting individuals in achieving greater independence through meaningful activities. Outside of work, I enjoy running, cheering on my fiancé at the racetrack, and spending time in the kitchen baking.

I graduated from Wallace State Community College in July of 2024. I did my fieldwork at Sunny Horizons during school and fell in love. I am so excited to have the opportunity to work here as a new grad! I was born and raised in Athens and am so thankful to continue working in the city that I know and love. When I'm not working I am most likely to be found at home with a book or out with my friends.
